WORK PHILOSOPHY

What matters most to me in my work is getting the job done effectively and efficiently while delivering results that exceed expectations. I value integrity, honesty, and accountability, and I believe teamwork and collaboration are essential for achieving shared goals. I am motivated by the opportunity to solve complex problems and create innovative solutions in computer science, with the aim of developing reliable technologies that address real-world challenges. I want to build a career focused on impactful contributions, innovation, and continuous learning, eventually taking on leadership roles and contributing to groundbreaking technologies.

My greatest strengths are in artistic design and coding, where I blend creativity with technical skills. I find coding therapeutic at times, offering a sense of accomplishment through problem-solving, while drawing allows me to tap into my creative side. I enjoy tasks that combine both aspects, like coding and design, and I aim to utilize my expertise in general computer science, with a potential interest in web design. Ultimately, I want to contribute meaningfully to the field, whether through software development, user-friendly design, or exploring new technologies.

FEATURED WORKS

Commercial (Fallacies)

For our Introduction to Philosophy class, we were tasked with creating a commercial for deodorant that incorporated specific logical fallacies. To make it both engaging and memorable, my group and I decided to take a humorous and artistic approach by modeling our commercial after Ace Attorney, a game we all deeply enjoy. This decision allowed us to infuse the project with creativity and originality while ensuring it appealed to our audience. By recreating the distinctive courtroom drama and over-the-top arguments of Ace Attorney, we aimed to captivate our viewers, make them laugh, and effectively advertise our product. It was a fun and relatable way to connect with our peers while cleverly integrating the assigned logical fallacies into the storyline. Overall, the commercial became a perfect blend of humor, creativity, and philosophical concepts, leaving a lasting impression on both our audience and our group.

Love Your Body And Mind Infographic

For our Introduction to Philosophy class, we created an infographic based on a previous task we completed called the "Body Map." The infographic focused on understanding what a negative body image is, and identifying where it was reflected in each of our body maps. We explored the sources of these insecurities and lack of care for our bodies, as well as the mental and physical impacts they can have. This gave us insight into how body image issues affect overall well-being. We also proposed solutions to address these challenges, such as developing self-acceptance by focusing on body capabilities instead of appearance and practicing daily positive affirmations. Managing media influence, building healthy habits like balanced eating, sufficient sleep, and regular exercise, and creating a support system of uplifting people were also emphasized. Additionally, we encouraged promoting body positivity in others by being mindful of individual differences, avoiding body-shaming comments, and complimenting non-appearance-related qualities. These steps aim to foster a healthier, more positive relationship with our bodies.
